I have a subject (PRACTICE COURT) which requires us to conduct a mock trial. Our adviser who is a judge, mandates us to present a judicial affidavit for our case and then conduct a direct examination for purposes of learning how to conduct it.
My request is can you please state how I present the judicial affidavit and making the manifestation in open court. The statements on how to do it in open court would be appreciated. Or a sequence of statements when presenting the JA, making a manifestation out of it and ending the direct examination.
