Arresto Menor

I married an American Citizen while 4mos pregnant with an ex-boyfriend's child. Now my child is 6mos old, uses my husband's last name, and we're both residing in Manila. My ex is willing to surrender his paternity rights. The US Embassy will not grant my son citizenship because there is no proof of parentage from my American citizen husband. I am currently being petitioned as an immigrant spouse. What is the better option for my son to join me to immigrated to the US? Adoption by a foreign spouse? Or petition to immigrate as my husband's step-child? Thank you

my boyfriend and i are planning to get married. however, he has an illegitimate daughter whom he wanted to get legitimated. what are the rights of an illegitimate child who had been legitimated and acknowledged by his father? does the mother of the child also has the right with my boyfriend? what terms and conditions can we give the child and the mother of the child? i hope you can help me on this.
