I went to the office of NLRC for arbitration..... I filed a complaint against a company in Makati.... I was the only one requested to stay for 45 minutes..... then...... the other party only provided a regular employee (who went there late) to represent them.... the 2 persons being complaint did not attend...... But still the mediation continued is this legal under LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT. If case that the arbiter has a bias.... what can I do?

no pwede talaga yun. The company has the right to assign kung sino ang representative nila.

you can file a complaint if the arbiter has bias but be sure na you have evidence. Kasi right now mali yung mga assumptions mo.

Nakasulat pa yun dun sa letter na pinadala sa employer that they can send a representative
