Arresto Menor

I sold my car thru conditional deed of sale without bank knowledge and that the buyer will continue the montly amortization. the buyer run away without paying me and not paying the bank.
tha bank is after me now and i cannot take back my car from the buyer becuase he is hiding and influencial. kindly help me i am really very afraid and helpless.

time to make sure there are no assets registered in your name.

the bank will probably file a replevin case and put the car on alert with the HPG. it's possible that it will not move against you and look for the car.
