Nagpasukat po kc ung kapitbahay namin nung property niya..and accdg to her after na masukat lumalabas na halos kalahati ng kalsada e sa kanya..ung property niya e katapat lng po ng bahay namin..ang gusto niya ngaun mangyari gibain ung bahay namin to extend the road...pwede po ba niya basta nlng ipagiba ang bahay namin?or does rule iii section 301, paragraph 1 of the national building code applies?at tama po ba na pabakuran niya ang kalsada na she is claiming na sa kanya?ano po ang kaso na pd ko isampa against her?

is this in a subdivision? why not report her actions to the bgy. she cannot take over a road by her own will.

it is a subdivision po..we have already reported it to the brgy...

you must file a formal complaint at the bgy, not just report it.

you should also try at the homeonwer's association, if there is one.
