Death threat???

I was told that someone will file a death threat case against me.My statement was "dont be too greedy, when we die we only have one size of burial place".

Can this statement be presumed as a death threat?

no, i don't believe that is a threat, but it can be interpreted as unjust vexation depending on the circumstances.
