Arresto Menor

Hi po, mag reresign na po kasi ako sa company ko nayon, nag start po aq ng january until july. ask q lang po kung may marerefund aq sa tax q.since nd nmn po aq umabot ng 1 year

another querry po nag undergone po aq ng cervical biopsy due s polyps po, s special leave for women "magna carta qualify po ba aq?

Special leave privileges - “A woman employee having rendered continuous aggregate employment service of at least six (6) months for the last twelve (12) months shall be entitled to a special leave benefit of two (2) months with full pay based on her gross monthly compensation following surgery caused by gynecological disorders.” (Section 18)

Ngayon, depende na lang sa interpretation kung ang biopsy ay sakop ng definition ng "surgery caused by gynecological disorders"

sir/mam may nabasa po kasi aq s magna carta law regarding gynecological disorders meron po ung minor and major.. nd po b aq qualify sa minor ?
