Arresto Menor

Allow po ba ang company na ilagay sa contract na pwede kang mag-overtime pero include na sya sa fix salary mo at indi ka na babayaran.. At pwede po ba ang company magset ng policy na kung magleave ang employee without pay pa rin?

depends, if managerial level ka pwede. if naman nakafix ang overtime schedule mo like 2 hours a day and your salary will not fall below minimum. at least 643 per day. pwede din yun. ang leave talaga aside from the 5 days incentive leave that you get after one year of employment is without pay
