Arresto Menor

A pleasant day atty. Please help po kung ano po pwd kong gawin, may 3 mos. Contract po ako sa 1 cellphone company, na.end po yung contract ko feb. 16..pro nkapagduty pa po ako hanggang march, nag.awol na po ako kasi po kinaylangan ko na po lumipat ng tirahan kc nagkasagutan po kami ng byenan ko. Den after ilang araw po, sasabihing may discrepancy po ako ng 85k..pano ko po gagawan ng counter affidavit atty? Pwde po ba na di po ako mkaatend sa hearing and ipadala ko nlng po yung counter afeidavit? Kasi walang wala na po akong ipapamasahe para bumalik po dun.please help po
