If we have a demerit for data manipulation (BPO) and we were suspended for 5 days because of that but we found out that the management is also manipulating the data (metrics) we have information that can prove it would it be considered as a evidence for illegal suspension.

and after that we had been transferred to a different LOB and 4K was deducted on our allowance. Salary of agents that are just more than a year on the company is higher than us. We are 5 yrs in the company. In terms of skill set we are more tenured than them.

can you make that as an evidence if you file a case for illegal suspension.... if you have witness or recordings

1. Do you want to contest the charge of illegal suspension imposed on you and subsequently transferred to another business unit because of a proven fact that you are manipulating data?

2. And you want to be absolved of this charge because the practice  you have done is an acceptable act by your management?

3. Or perhaps you want a higher body to investigate your management for data manipulation from the evidence that you have which might have been "illegally" generated so when proven should also be slapped with penalty?
