Arresto Menor

Hi, yung partner ko po my daughter sa ex-live in partner nya. Pero lagi pa din pinapadalhan ng bf ko ng support yung bata every cutoff pero yung babae nagdedemand ng mas malaking support eh 1yr old palang yung bata. She want my bf na 2k ang ibgay every cutoff eh yung bf ko 4500 lg naman ang snsahod every cutoff. And may ibang responsibilities pa sya dhl sya ung nagbbyad sa bahay nla ng family nya. Pinapapunta ult sla sa PAO para ipakta nya payslip nya. Pano if ayaw pdn pumayag n babae na 1500 lng ang ibgay? Ano kayang pwedeng gawin? Hoping for response thanks!

Actually yung support hinde po yun fix and never po yun ma fixed ang amount kasi depende po yun sa financial capacity ng giver as well as financial need ng bata, yan ang basis. So kung hinde pumayag yung girl despite pinakita na yung payslip, eh walang magawa sya, khit mag file pa sya ng case for support sa court, yan rin ang basehan ng court.
