Please help me regarding to my recent company. Is it valid that they terminate my contract as a probationary for 6month without any formal letter or warning from them? Actually I'm working as customer relation specialist for almost 4months I still have 2Months before they terminate my contract.

And also I don't receive any copy of my contract since I started working.

I already coordinated in nlrc to complaint and our first hearing will be on February 9, and I don't know what to do to defend my case.

Why did they terminate your employment?

What was your employment status - regular, probationary, contractual?

What was in the termination notice?

Generally if you fail your probationary status (or they think that you won't make it) they may terminate your employment.

There was no termination notice from them sir I have no idea on that day. Is that really legal to terminate an employee without any notice? Or letter? Just for formalization.

Sir base on their manual all probationary shall be evaluated twice which is on my 3rd and 5th month before they decide to terminate my contract but I'm only 3months and 3weeks.
