Need help for drafting the penalty clause for probationary employees..

I don't know how to end this clause..

7. In the event that the Teacher fails to complete the probationary period, except for reasons allowed (medical/health reasons, force majeure), the Teacher will be liable for damages in the amount of Php _________.


By the way... when it comes to penalty clause for probationary employees the amount is pro-rated with the number of months served during the probation right? no?
