Arresto Menor

My mother is 77 years old and she received a subpoena for a civil case - sum of money. She is summoned to answer in 15 days. Wala po kaming lawyer kase wala naman kaming pambayad. Ano po ba ang dapat naming gawin? Wala rin naman pambayad ang nanay ko dahil matanda na sya. Yung 300k na principal amount naging 600k na. Please po help us what to do. Maraming salamat po
