mr. ronald owns an apartment, he asks a lawyer to draft a contract that would indicate that he allows me and my husband to live for free in the said apartment for how many years provided that once he needs the said apartment, he can immediately ask us to vacate. is it ok?

that is called occupation by tolerance. note that if he does indeed ask you to move out, you will have to.
