Hello everyone.

I would like to ask about the applicable law or restriction against the statement in my title of this topic if any.

To grow the service quality or customers feedback in our field, we are trying to ally with some companies to share the blacklist of the former employees who were terminated with malicious acts, such as sexual harassment, spying or bad behavior.

To share such blacklist would be against the law?
If it is, please let me know the applicable statement.

Thank you so much.

No law or restriction.

But no company will most likely admit to having or sharing any such list either.
