i have now in my possession the original land title dated 1916 and wanted to transfer the owner name under my name. my mother paid the real estate tax from 1994 to 2002 with receipts. i will be paying the remaining taxes this coming week.

1. my grandfather and his relative were long dead since 1980's
2. children of the relative are also dead, but grandchildren are still alive but lives in different region
