sir/madam,

hi, i just want to asked, what are the instances or possible reason on cancelling your passport so that you can't go to other country?
Is it depend on a type of case? or it's automatic that if you have criminal case you cannot travel abroad?

And also what will happen if the person(filipino) that has criminal case in philippines will renew his passpport while in other country, will he/she be deported back to philippines?

moderator

there is no automatic cancellation of passport by simply having a case filed against you. it is discretionary with the dfa, and is an extreme measure that is rarely done.
