Arresto Menor

good eve po..just wanna ask if what is the next step to do when you request your counsel to withdraw but more than two weeks now he still did not file his withdrawal and worst, he is nowhere...he is not answering text messages and always not on his office every time i visit him for a talk...thank you for your kind answers
