I bought a corner lot with total area of 117 sq.m a subdivision, I renovate and add an extension in front of property line of 21 meters total, structure less than 10% of total front property line of length 2 meters no setback. Do I violate National Building Code?

you should first look at your sales contract or stipulations appearing on the title regarding easements. is any mentioned?
