I am working in a BPO/ outsourcing company. Sabi ng HR department sa amin na ililipat daw kami sa ibang account for some reason pero mawawala daw ang benefits namin as a regular employee and we will be back sa probationary status.. Pwede ba yun? is it legal na gawin nila yun kahit mag 3 years na kaming regular employee?

No. Ang regular hindi pwedeng ibalik sa probationary unless umalis kayo (nag-resign) at bumalik.
