CLAIMS SETTLEMENT

1. Life Insurance
a. The proceeds shall be paid immediately upon the maturity of the policy if there is such a maturity date.
b. If the policy matures by the death of the insured, within sixty (60) days after presentation of the claim and filing of the proof of the death of the insured.

2. Property Insurance
a. Proceeds shall be paid within thirty (30) days after proof of loss is received by the insurer and ascertainment of the loss or damage is made either by agreement or by arbitration.
b. If no ascertainment is made within 60 days after receipt of proof of loss, the loss shall be paid within 90 days.

i need some advicepo pano po kung yung insurance agency eh lapse na sa hulog o hindi n hinulugan yung insurance ng mom ko ..complete payment na po kmi ng 5 years and now maturity na po ..ano po ang makukuha ko o habol ko sa agency? thanks god bless...
