It is a statement or promise set forth in the policy or by reference incorporated therein, the untruth or non-fulfillment of which in any respect, and without reference to whether insurer
was in fact prejudiced by such untruth or nonfulfillment, renders the policy voidable.

KINDS OF WARRANTY:
1. Express; and
2. Implied – Warranties that are deemed included in the contract, although not expressly mentioned. They are found only in marine insurance.
3. Affirmative – Asserts the existence of a fact or condition at the time it is made;
4. Promissory – The insured stipulates that certain facts or conditions shall exist or thin shall be done or omitted
