I have a question about illegal recruitment. I know an illegal recruiter na nasa kulangan right now. The case filed is illegal recruitment and estafa. The police told me that nakulong na daw ito last year pa. And now nahuli ulit. I was told by the officer that bailable daw ito.

Is illegal recruitment bailable? Bakit nakakalabas sila sa kulungan kahit na nahuli na last year? how much is the bail and fine?

Di pa ba sapat yung mga dating past complainant na nag sampa ng kaso sa kanya? Madami pa naghahanap sa kanila until now, yun lang di alam na sila ay naka kulong na. Atty, pls enlighten me why nakakalabas pa din yung mga taong ganito. Thank you so much.

for it to be non-bailable, it should be in large scale. there have to be at least 3 complainants or there are three of them involved in the scheme. are you a victim?

Not a victim of their illegal activities. Just happened to be that they are my tenant na di marunong mag bayad ng rental. I went to their old apartment kasi to ask if ganun ba talaga ang pagbabayad ng mag asawa. Dun ko nalaman na meron plasila 6 months balance sa dati nila inuupahan at nandun pa ang gamit nila. Pinadlock na ng may ari ng apartment.

I was then told na madami naghahanap sa kanila na nabiktima nila because of illegal recruiting. Almost 20 people na nga daw nagpupunta dun. They got arrested before in their place. Thats why im wondering bakit nakakalabas pa sya kahit na kulong na sya dati for same reason. Thanks

there are many possibilities, such as filing of bail or dropping of charges, or settlement with the supposed complainants.
