Gusto ko po sanang kumunsulta s inyo, way back 2009 or 2010 may utang po ako s Citifinancial ng almost 120K pero di ko nman po nkuha un ng buo kz deducted n interest etc. actualy po 2nd loan ko n s knila un, i was able to settle or finished my 1st loan with them. nag issue po ako ng pdc under LBC Bank.unfortunately po nag close ung bank nmin mismo hndi po ung account ko, may nkiha po ako insurance peo wl p yt P100.00 at nawaln din po ako work due to health reason ( i had a mild strokea) so wl n po way n mkabayad ako pati credit cards ko na stop payment ako ng NOv 2010 sabay sabay po cla. kmi po mag asawa ay may financial struggle na since then. ngyn po nkabalik n ko s work at medyo my kinikita n po ulit. panu ko po ky bbalikan lahat ng utang ko pra iseestle, the last time po kz na nag attemp kmi to pay sbi s min ng bank wl n daw record nmins knila at s debt collect n kmi mkipag usap. anu po b pede ko gawin? pede po b kmi kasuhan ng civil at criminal case dhil s pag issue nmin ng pdc? pls po need po nmin advise. thank u
