Hello.
We currently have several Project Employees assigned in our Project Management Office. Due to the slow down of opening stores the PMO has become overstaffed. All the staff have January 2015 as end date for their contracts.
Is it possible to pre-terminate their contracts (give them 30-day notice period) without any liability on the part of the Company?
