I have a friend leaving for Canada in 1 week. He has a mortgage motorbike which he wanted to transfer to me, so i will continue to pay the monthly installment until completed. the thing is, the branch where he got the bike rejected that it should be transferred to me since he lives in angono and i am from novaliches Q.C. as far as i know we can't use a Deed of Sale or Transfer so that i can transfer ownership under my name once the mortgage is done. What will be the best option that we have? is an open Deed of Sale a good option?
