A PRIVATE COMPANY OPERATING ILLEGALLY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES

Yung company pong ito ay inoperateng mga Chinese. Same po sila ng ibang gaming company. Okay naman po ang business nila dahil napakadami po nilang customers including me. Medyo napakarami na rin po kmeng nagagastos s mga game servers nila, kulang kulang 50k.
Lahat ng merchandise nila, online po pinaprocess. Example, maghuhulog ka sa bank account nila then ipapaconvert in game points para maka-avail ka ng merchandise nila. Para po maconvert ang mga yun, may mga corresponding agents po sila ng magprocess nun.
Ang gusto lng po sana namin file against them, is ksi medyo poor ang service nila.
Hindi namin alam san sasabihin ang mga cpmplaints namin dahil mismong mga agents nila hindi ipinararating sa nkakataas dun. Wala din silang forums boards. Kahit Business address wala at business phone number hindi namin alam. Ang tanging obvious lng po samin ay ang mga account names ng mga account holders na hinuhulugan naming mga account.
Ang pagkakaalam din po namin, hindi sila BIR registered. ksi yung resibo namin is the same as mga receipt n nakukuha namin sa bangko at western union. Madami po ksing problema sa server nila. Sobrang dami ng kadayaan at yung ugali ng mga agents nila ay hindi rin maganda minsan. Hindi namin alam saan namin sila icocomplain.

do your research on the formal name of the company, then look it up at the SEC. normally, you can find the name of the company on the EULA or equivalent when you sign up for their service, or in the 'about us' section of their web page.
