I would like to ask. I got a loan from a financing company and my last payment check bounced. So the bank is charging me 2200 pesos and the financing company is charging the penalty of 3k which is on the contract that I signed. I told the financing company that the bank charged me a penalty of 200 pesos that's why the check bounced. Can they still file a case against me when my loan and interest are paid off if I did not pay the penalty?
