Hi pinoylawyers!
I am currently a graduating student from UST, and Labor Relations is one of my major subjects.
One of our requirements to pass the subject is to create a CBA proposal letter.
My question is, does anyone here know how a CBA proposal letter looks like (for a non-profit organization union)? If someone could provide a template or an example it would be greatly appreciated.
After graduating, I am thinking of taking up law since I realized that studying law is quite fun yet challenging.
