Question Just a question is it possible for a prejudicial question to exist if the cases are both civil? or is it exclusively civil-criminal.

It is exclusively civil-criminal, because by definition itself, the judgment in the civil case is determinative as to the guilt or innocence of the accused in the criminal case.
