Arresto Menor

Hi,

I would like to seek assistance or advice. May I know the process or the work-rounds for claiming Cash Bond after case dismissal?

Case have been dismissed this November 25, 2013, I was asked to consult my PAO lawyer but haven't contacted her since she is busy.

What are the documents and forms i need to prepare?
