Arresto Menor

I was married last january 2007 and we are separated last may 2008. Wala po kaming anak. My husband go to manila last january 2008 and after a few months nakarinig ako ng balita na meron na cyang gf na gf rin ng pinsan nya. Nag-away kmi noun at napunta sa hiwalayan. Last may 2008 po naka desisyon kmi na maghiwalay sa cellphone lng po. dahil nasa manila cya at nasa cebu ako. pagkatapos po noun di na kmi nagkita hanggang ngaun. gusto ko po mag file ng annulment. meron narin po kasing akong minahal at may anak na kmi. ano po dapat kung gawin? magkano po ba ang magastos ko? gaano rin po ito katagal? sana matulungan nyo po ako. Salamat po.
