Good day po... I wish someone could help me on this. During my probationary period of employment, I was asked to sign a 5 year service contract separate from my probationary contract. I signed it considering that I am not yet a regular employee. I thought if I will not sign it, I might not be recommended for regularization. I would like to ask whether the 5 year service contract is enforceable and valid.

If it is with a training bond or if you are a project employee, Yes

Sir/mam I was not a project employee. It was a plantilla position. I am now 2 yrs and a half old. I am planing to resign, but I was hesitant because of the said contract. May I ask what is a training bond?

anong nakalagay don sa 5 yr contract na pinirmahan mo? usually may opt out yan.. lalo na kung walang bond..
