Hi,

I received a letter of demand in our house stating that I need to pay the certain amount. But the salutaion for the letter is wrong. Instead of joan they named it joana. Wrong name but the same address. Can I ignore the letter?

Do not ignore a demand letter. Otherwise, the next thing you'll get is a summons for a collection suit. Whether Joan or Joana, if the subject of the letter is within your knowledge, then the demand letter has already served its purpose.
