Arresto Menor

pinaayos po namin ung bahay namin.ung bakod at terrace po. kaso pina summon kami ng kapitbahay namin kasi daw according to building code, dapat daw kami mag pull back 2 meters from sa bakod namin at un ung gawin naming terrace at sa bakod ay gusto nya cementado lahat from the ground hanggang roof na wlang bintana.eh wala nman po kaming ibang road kundi ung right of way road na nasa harap ng bahay namin na pag aari nya. talong ko lng po may na violate po ba kami? pinaayos lng naman po namin ang bakod namin at terrace? Please help po.
