just for discussion. the fuel price in negros occidental is comparatively higher than the price in cebu and manila. the people in negros felt aggrieved for the P8.00 per liter difference of fuel. the question is, what proper action could the people in negros do? can they file a class suit? how? to whom? where?

Go to the DOE or DTI who are in charge of monitoring oil prices and promotion of fair trade in the oil industry.
