hello po..need ko po ng advice..ung parents ko po pinangalan sakin ung land title 1 yr ago.conjugal property po nila.ako lng po anak ng tatay ko pero ung nanay ko may anak po sa una na 2...donation po.di ako ngbayad..need ko po kasi ng show property..naipangalan n po sakin..kaso now po like n nila bawiin..mababawi po b nila yun kahit nka name n sakin?like po kasi ng mother ko na mgkaroon ng patr ung 2 ko po kapatid sknya at parte po nya bilang asawa ng father ko..mahihirapan npo b sila bawiin sakin un kasi nakaname na sa akin?may habol po b talaga sila?naisip ko po n ipabago ko ungtitle sa surname ko na married na..natransfer po kasi sa akin ungtitle nung dalaga pa ako.thanks po

This is not about succession/collation, nor is this about donation. We are dealing with real property. There is no donation if there is no deed of donation and acceptance by the donee. What we have here is an implied trust created by the parents when they named the property to you. You can insist on your title but your parents can file a case in court and prove implied trust.

thanks po..eh kung di nmn po parents ko ang mag file ng case?possible po b n ung half brothers ko ang mag file?
