Hello, good day!
I would like to ask if an Affidavit to Use the Surname of the Father (AUSF) can be filed without the consent of the man/father? If ever he will not give an affidavit of admission of paternity coz he will not acknowledge the child, can the mother or any guardian still file the AUSF without him knowing? I really need to know.
