i am married but unfortunalety naging battered wife po ako and got separated for 3 years now ...tanong ko lang po if pwede ko bang gamitin ang maiden name ko in getting NBI CLEARANCE...wala bang questions in using my maiden name sa DFA? please advise...salamat po

if it's for the first time you are applying, you can revert to your maiden name
