nakabili kami ng sasakyan,hindi po sya carnap,hindi po namin alam na may kaso yun,gamit po ata ng may ari dati na nakabaril..nalaman nalang po namin nun magpapatransfer na kami ng ownership,hindi ma aprove, hindi na po namin makita yun pinagbilhan namin, sana po mapayuhan nyo ako,, salamat po

find out which office issued the lto alarm and trace back where the case is pending then file an appropriate manifestation that you are in possession of the car as a buyer in good faith and then seek removal of the alarm. good luck

sir sa police tmg po may file yun kaso,kaya di po ako makakuha ng clearance,yun po ang kulang ko para mapatransfer sa lto,ano po gagawin ko?,sana reply po ulit kayo,,thanks

then go to TMG and explain to them the situation. don't bring your car though so they cannot impound it immediately. you may be asked to file an undertaking that you will present your car if required and hopefully they will lift the alarm.

i don't think you should have to spend at all, but you know that sometimes things go faster if you do.

sir salamat po sa payo,,since 2007 ko pa po nabili yun car,,natakot po ako kaya di ko muna uli pinapatransfer hanggang ngayon, sir kailangan ko pa po ba mag punta din sa mga atty. office?baka po kasi madamay ako,kung sa tmg lang po na ka alarm,dun lang po ba yun kaso nun?kasi wala sa Lto napaparehistro ko pa po,,maraming maraming salamat po sa payo,kahit konti nabawasan takot ko, wait ko po reply nyo godbless

Inquire ko lang po kung pwede ba mag demanda ang nag papatubo ng pera??? walang document na pinirmahan at wala din check na inissue. Bale tubo na lang yung sinisingil nila, bayad na yung capital.

paolo, you will have to make a choice. either way has risks. my advice is to try to clean the car of the alarm. good luck.\

winnie, you can use the defense that interest is not payable if the loan agreement is not in writing. good luck.
