I need legal advice regarding a public official who is involved in land grabbing where around 300 families are residing for over 20 years now

1. Kindly direct us to NGOs who helps people regarding land grabbing?
2. How much would it cost to file a case thru UMBUDSMAN against a public official who is using his position to take advantage of people?
