Arresto Menor

Last year, I took services from an insurance company that posted bail for my husband. I paid them 30k upfront and another 30k every year until my husband case gets resolved.

What will happen if I refuse to pay the next installment since my husband and I are separated?

they are still bound by the surety agreement, but they can take action to collect from you
