I want to seek an annulment and I want to know the procedures.
My husband was previously married in another country in 1992 but their marriage was not registered in the Philippine Embassy nor in the NSO, so we were able to get a CENOMAR when we got married in the Philippines in 1996.
We are already separated since 2005. I was able to secure a copy of the marriage certificate of the first marriage. How do I go about filing for an annulment of my marriage? What are the other requirements aside from the MC so that my marriage can be voided.
