gusto ko pong sampahan ng kaso ng reckless imprudence resulting to physical injury ang driver at pati din po civil damages ang operator dahil sabi nila hindi daw sila 100%liable sa nangyari. hindi na po sila naging cooperative sagutin ang surgery at iba pang treatments para sa anak ko.my youngest son was injured passenger in vehicular accident 21 April 2013 0300hrs at Ever Cainta-Pasig Junction while going home in taxi. taxi driver going fast and slammed into center concrete aisle when he tried to overtake. Injured passenger with fractured humerus now in partialcast after ER treatment, but still needs to have surgery as per medical recommendation of hospital.driver and operator not cooperative to shoulder expenses ng surgery,medication, post treatment at therapy. ano po ang mga dapat kong dalhin dokumento sa fiscal? pwede po ako magwalkin sa fiscal with photocopy documents blotter, LTO registration, driver's license, my son affidavit,accident traffic report, or kailangan kasama abugado at pulis investigator? gusto ko po i file na agad, pwede po ba isunod ko na lang ang iba pang dokumento? nang yari po ito 21 April 2013 0300 ng umaga.
