Arresto Menor

Hi,

This is stated in the dole website.

"Inhuman and unbearable treatment accorded the employee by the employer or his representative;"

Does this include, unpaid overtime? where in i have to rendered extra hours to finish projects on time? giving me less sleep? and weekends, i have to work eventhough it is stated on the contract that work days is from monday to friday.

Please help.
