atty. good day tanong ko lng po. yung kapatid ko employee siya ng isang company. ninanakaw niya yung pera na halagan 80 taw. then after nun umalis na siya dun and relocate sa ibang lugar. possible po ba siya makasuhan kahit hindi na siya mahanap ng dati niyang employer? ano po ba dapat gawin niya to settle it? ty

yes, a case can prosper against him even if he left and hid in another place.

you can try sending an intermediary to talk to the employer and negotiate a settlement.
