Hello po. I need help and advice po. May warrant of arrest po sa akin sa Pilipinas but i am out of country. Can a warrant of arrest be served outside Philippines?so worried po about this. thanks and more power!

depends on the case but if it is murder case then there's possibility if the warrant is forwarded to the embassy.

the case po is reckless imprudence resulting to serious physical injuries.i do my best to settle with the complainant kaso ang laki ng gusto nya kesyo abroad ako.is it possible po ba to send a lawyer to represent me sa court?
