pwede po bang ma terminate ang employee kapag lahgi syang late at absent for the past 2 mos after nang first suspension at warning nya?? panu kung hindi naman nabigyan nang suspension or memo ang ibang nali late na employee kagaya nang mismong HR namen? kadalasan kasing nagkakasakit ang anak ko,na dahilan nang madalas na pag absent at pag ka late ko sa trabaho.. pwede ko bang i reason yun para hindi ma terminate agad agad sa company?

baka naman may ibang arrangement sa pasok nang HR nyo.. tsaka hindi mo pwedeng silipin yung ibang empleyado.. ang dapat mong ayusin eh yung sarili mo..

oo pwedeng ma terminate due to habitual lates and absences.
