Sir. I just want to ask if pano ko po gagawin ang isang counter affidavit? Nakareceive po ako ng subpoena from the prosecutor and it said that i need to pass a counter affidavit. Ang nareceive ko lang po kasi is subpoena, Walang kasamang copy nung complain-affidavit. Do I need a lawyer po ba? since I cannot afford to get a lawyer, Can I do the counter affidavit by myself? This is my first time doing this. Thanks!
